Healtheries Chamomile tea contains the dried flowers of the Chamomile daisy, which provides a delicate and gentle flavour.
Chamomile is soothing and calming for both the digestive and the nervous systems. It can also help to relieve colic, flatulence and stomach cramps, as well as assisting with sleep problems.
Cooled lukewarm chamomile tea may be given to infants to help break wind, relieve gas pains, relieve upsets, and assist bedtime relaxation. It is also useful for teething troubles.
When cold, chamomile tea can be used as a soothing and cleansing wash for wounds, and the teabags used to relax tired irritated eyes.
Directions for Use:
To make this Herbal tea, use only china, glass, or pottery teapots.
Bring fresh cold water to the boil and pour over 1 teabag per cup of water. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the flavour by the length of infusion
