C) 100mg, Betacarotene 2.5mg, Colecalciferol (D3 100IU) 2.5mcg, di-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vit. E 100IU) 100mg, Calcium (as Amino Acid Chelate) 10mg, Magnesium (as Oxide) 20mg, Potassium (as Sulphate) 10mg, Zinc (as Amino Acid Chelate) 15mg, Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 1mg, Manganese (as Amino Acid Chelate) 1mg, Iodine (as Potassium Iodide) 150mcg, Chromium (as Chloride) 50mcg, Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 20mcg, extract equiv.dry: Panax ginseng root 300mg, Silybum marianum fruit (equiv. flavanolignans as silybin 21mg) 1.75g. Tabletting Acids, colour-natural. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years.
